Live or Virtual Coaching

Learn how to train your body to reach your goals. You’ll learn safe, quality movements, specific to your lifestyle or sport, get stronger, more powerful and become more resilient to injury.

We’ll start with a short movement analysis. Once I have the information I need to get started, I’ll customize a training plan to meet your specific needs and goals.

No equipment? No problem. I can help you get started with basic bodyweight resistance and mobility exercises.

Not local? No problem. We can work remotely via Zoom.

We can work with anything from bodyweight to bands to a fully equipped gym. All you need is a reason to get started.

Do you have a couple of friends who want to join you? You each will have individual programs that I can coach simultaneously. This saves you some money!

Self-Directed Programs

Maybe you don’t need live coaching, but you want a custom program you can do on your own? I offer self-directed training programs through a convenient app so that your workout is wherever you are.

Food is fuel. We’ll discuss what and how to eat, how to make changes that fit into your life, and how to sustain them. We’ll create a customized nutrition plan to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.


Nutrition Coaching

Do you need some guidance and accountability to build healthy nutritional habits and to stay on track? We’ll work not only on what you eat but on creating new routines that keep you between the lines. Daily, weekly, or monthly coaching is available.
