We’ll start with a short movement analysis. Once I have the information I need to get started, I’ll customize a training plan to meet your specific needs and goals.
No equipment? No problem. I can help you get started with basic bodyweight resistance and mobility exercises.
Not local? No problem. We can work remotely via Zoom.
We can work with anything from bodyweight to bands to a fully equipped gym. All you need is a reason to get started.
Do you have a couple of friends who want to join you? You each will have individual programs that I can coach simultaneously. This saves you some money!
