Join us for our strength and conditioning classes designed to help you build power, confidence, and resilience! Whether you're looking to improve your lifting technique or enhance overall performance, we have a group for you! Each class is coached by a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with years of experience working with everyone from beginners to weekend warriors to athletes.
Girls Lift: A small group strength training class designed specifically for middle and high school girls, focusing on what our bodies can do rather than aesthetics. This empowering program builds confidence, strength, and athleticism in a supportive environment.
DV Strength: A small group strength training class for all ages. Each participant follows a program tailored to their experience level, strengths, and imbalances, ensuring a personalized approach to building overall fitness and resilience.
1:1 Training Sessions: Individual sessions are available for participants who need focused attention or return-to-play training post-injury, ensuring a safe and effective recovery process.
