Girls Lift is a strength focused class that teaches middle and high school girls the skills they need to safely and confidently navigate a weight room or gym setting. We focus on what our bodies can do, NOT what they look like. Each athlete has an individual program prioritizing quality movement, sport specific strength and conditioning and resilience to injury. This class is suitable for beginners through high school athletes. Each session is one hour long.
DV Strength is a coed small group strength class suitable for the whole family. With an overall goal of building strength, we prioritize quality movement, sport/hobby specific strength and conditioning and resilience to injury. This is a great place for beginners, ‘weekend warriors,’ and/or youth athletes. Each session is one hour long.
Empowerfit is a brand new small group training class for teens with special needs. With an overall goal of building strength, quality movement and confidence, each session will include adaptive options and modifications. We will consider sensory challenges by keeping the room a bit more quiet and encourage physical problem solving and fun! We aim to foster competence, confidence and empowerment. Each session is one hour long.
